- Work closely with Instructional Designer to establish interactive models and navigation templates that can support new design approach and continuously enhance user experience.
- Ensure all eLearning content produced compliances with industry standards, such as AICC (Aviation Industry CBT Committee) and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model).
- Develop and maintain eLearning content/assessment using authoring tools or rapid development tools as required.
- Coach Multimedia Designers and Graphic Designers on advanced skills in programming and authoring.
- Work closely with and support offshore teams and third party vendors on any eLearning content and simulation products as required.
- Ensure at all times the highest professional standard is maintained in representing the Company and its interest.
- Assist in any other related task required to support senior management.
