Kishor Mistry
Chief Executive Officer
Kishor founded Peak Pacific Limited in 2008, after 25 years of eLearning consultancy with Cathay Pacific Airways and The Roach Organisation (TRO).
Kishor was responsible for setting up the corporate eLearning division of Cathay Pacific Airways, where he spent a decade with the Flight Operations department designing a mature eLearning environment for the airline.
Kishor specializes in designing knowledge management processes and provides the vision for cutting-edge technology solutions. His TRO experience includes assignments with Gulf Air, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Flight Safety International, RSAF, and Hughes Flight Training.
Jeffery Cheung
Director
Jeffery is a Certified General Accountant (Canada) and member of the Hong Kong Institute of Taxation. He is the Chief Financial Officer at NetDimensions, Peak Pacific’s technology partner.
He began his career as an audit accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. in 1983. Prior to joining NetDimensions in 2001, Jeffery served in various roles, including financial controller of Oracle (HK) Limited and tax auditor with Revenue Canada. Jeffery holds a BA in accounting and financial management from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University. Jeffery served on the board of the Hong Kong branch of the Association of Certified General Accountants (CGA-HK) from 2001 - 2007.
Sanjay Mukherjee
GM Sales & Marketing
Sanjay is a Communication Strategy specialist, with 15 years of experience in training design and communication media.
Prior to joining Peak Pacific, Sanjay was heading sales for the aviation unit at Brainvisa Technologies, where he spent half-a-decade in eLearning operations. He has also served as a journalist for six years with Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd (for the Times of India publication).
Sanjay holds a Masters in History (University of Bombay), a Post-graduate degree in Communication & Journalism (University of Pune) and a bachelor’s diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Bombay.
Rajit Anand
Advisor
Rajit has over 15 years of experience in the Technology, IT services, Education, and eLearning domains. He is currently Vice-President (Multisourcing and India Business Development) at Pearson, the global education and publishing major.
Rajit is an Electronics & Telecommunications Engineer from the College of Engineering Pune. He started his career with Mahindra British Telecom, before moving onto LA-based International Rectifier Corp. Subsequently, he co-founded Hurix Systems, (an eLearning development company) where he helped define organizational processes for project management, software development and quality. He also enjoyed a brief stint at Tier 1 IT services provider Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Graham Barkus
Non-Executive Director
Graham graduated with first class honours in Linguistics and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ, and has completed postgraduate studies in Clinical Organisational Psychology at INSEAD. He is presently exploring doctoral studies in the application of cognitive neuroscience to strategy and innovation. He is based with his family in Hong Kong, where he has lived for 20 years.
