Founder & CEO
Kishor founded Peak Pacific Limited in early 2008, after spending 25 years in the flight simulation, technology based training and e-Learning consultancy. Kishor has work for leading aviation related companies including; Singer Link Miles, The Roach Organisation UK Limited (TRO) and Cathay Pacific Airways.
Kishor was responsible for setting up the corporate e-Learning division of Cathay Pacific Airways, where he spent nearly 12 years in Flight Operations and Corporate e-Learning, designing a mature e-Learning environment for the airline.
Kishor specialises in designing knowledge management processes and provides the vision for cutting-edge technology solutions. His past experience includes projects with; Alitalia, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Flight Safety International, Gulf Air, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, RSAF and Hughes Flight Training.
Non-Executive Director
Graham graduated with first class honours in Linguistics and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ, and has completed postgraduate studies in Clinical Organisational Psychology at INSEAD. He is presently exploring doctoral studies in the application of cognitive neuroscience to strategy and innovation. He is based with his family in Hong Kong, where he has lived for 20 years.
GM Sales & Marketing
Sanjay is a Communication Strategy specialist, with 15 years of experience in training design and communication media.
Prior to joining Peak Pacific, Sanjay was heading sales for the aviation unit at Brainvisa Technologies, where he spent half-a-decade in e-Learning operations. He has also served as a journalist for six years with Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd (for the Times of India publication).
Sanjay holds a Masters in History (University of Bombay), a Post-graduate degree in Communication & Journalism (University of Pune) and a bachelor’s diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Bombay.
Learning Consultant
Gaye has a wide range of learning development related strengths and experience - project management; higher level analysis and research; writing quality didactic learning content such as article-style readings; designing and 'scripting' creative online learning sequences based on simulated workplace scenarios; macro and micro level instructional design; designing and writing varied styles of online content, print resources and workshops.
Gaye aims for learning to stimulate and engage, by seeking approaches that challenge learners to refocus and see 'things' from alternative and new perspectives. Gaye also aims to make appropriate use of blended learning approaches and resources to relate online learning to real workplace experience.
